To purchase from ALIU you will need to provide some information such as your name, e-mail and address. The data provided will be stored in ALIU's database to process the order. *ALIU has made an effort to display product colours as close to reality as possible. However, the colour of the products displayed on screen may be subject to variations depending on the quality of your computer monitor. In this respect ALIU cannot guarantee that the colours displayed on your monitor are true to life.


Product Warranty

ALIU products are guaranteed for 2 years in accordance with European law.


Warranty conditions

The warranty is excluded in the following cases:

  • Defects or damage due to incorrect use or handling of the articles.

  • Wear and tear caused by normal use.

  • The diminished functionality of the articles, due to the limitations of their design, are also excluded from the coverage of this guarantee.

Price

All prices shown on the website are in euros and include VAT, except those to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, which will include the corresponding taxes and customs duties according to the regulations in force in each of them.

The shipping costs will appear detailed at the end of the purchase process, once you have included the shipping address. These shipping costs depend on the place of delivery and will be paid in full by the customer. The total shipping costs will be known at the checkout stage of the Purchase Process.

International orders may be subject to customs clearance charges which will always be borne by the customer.

Prior to the ‘Checkout’ stage, you will be able to see the full final price of your order, including, where applicable, the amount of any surcharges or discounts applied, as well as any transport costs or other additional services.

You can pay for your orders placed on Aliustudio.com with PayPal and with credit or debit cards.

Payment Security

Your payments in Aliustudio.com are made through a Virtual POS once we have verified that the data provided are correct. Aliustudio.com guarantees that the data corresponding to the payment method used will be treated with total security and confidentiality. The data of the card used for the payment is transmitted in SSL encrypted form. This solution guarantees the secrecy of communication through a dialogue with encryption keys.

Information Security

In ALIU STUDIO we work to guarantee the protection of your privacy on the Internet and the security of your purchases and your data. Aliustudio.com will at all times treat your data as absolutely confidential and in accordance with the uses and purposes expressly provided for each case. We follow the provisions of Title VIII of Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, which develops the LOPD.

It must be taken into account that the suppliers or issuers of the means of payment may have adopted other anti-fraud measures that lead to the rejection of a transaction. Aliustudio.com does not control and is not responsible for these measures exercised by third parties.

It is forbidden to use a means of payment owned by a third party except with the express authorization of the third party, being your responsibility the proof of such authorization and assuming all damages that occur to Aliustudio.com.

 

Changes and Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, at ALIU we offer you a period of 30 working days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to exchange or return it, although the Royal Legislative Decree only establishes a period of 14 days.

All you have to do is send us the product in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging, including guarantees, labels and instructions for use. To exchange an item for another, you must return it for a refund and make a new purchase. The return shipment to our warehouse is at the customer's expense as well as the shipping costs of the new order in case of exchange. We recommend sending the return by registered mail or with acknowledgement of receipt.

Offers and promotions

Without affecting the provisions of specific legislation, the offers or proposals for electronic contracting will be valid for the period we set or, failing that, for as long as they remain accessible through our website Aliustudio.com.


Product Availability

The website will show if the products are in stock in order to be able to proceed with the order, products without stock not being available for purchase. 

Due to human error, there may be cases in which a product appears in stock but in the process of preparing the order we do not have that item. We apologise in advance. In such cases, we will notify you of the out-of-stock product and issue a full refund of the amount paid for that product. You will receive the amount within 15 days in the same payment method with which you made the purchase.

 

Purchasing Process

1 - Select the products. Browse our website and click on the ‘Add to cart’ button each time you wish to add a product to the shopping cart. The shopping cart contains the name of the selected product, the reference, the colour, the size, the quantity and the price in euros.

2- Start the shopping process. To start the purchase process, click on the ‘Checkout’ button. You will then be able to register.

3 - Verification of the data. Before selecting the payment method, you will be able to verify the details of your purchase and correct any errors made when entering your details. Once you have verified your details, confirm your order.

4 - Selection of the payment method: Select your preferred payment method and click on the ‘Make Payment’ button. At this point, the system will redirect you to the chosen payment system where you will have to provide all the necessary data for this payment method. This is the only time you will be asked for this information.

5 - Confirmation of purchase. Once we receive your acceptance, Aliustudio.com will issue an on-screen confirmation that you will be able to save and that will contain the following information:

- Order number.

- Date of order.

- Summary of the products included in the purchase.

In any case, before the following 24 hours, Aliustudio.com will issue a confirmation of the purchase by email.

Throughout the purchase process you can consult the present General Conditions of Purchase as well as know the final price of the selected products.

Once the purchase has been confirmed, the customer will not be able to modify or cancel the order except in the cases foreseen by law or in the present General Conditions.

 

Delivery

Delivery takes place when the order is received at the address indicated for shipment. For this purpose, it will be necessary for the recipient to sign the delivery note or document justifying the delivery of the order. The signature of the delivery note does not imply conformity and only serves to prove that the delivery has taken place. It does not affect your contractual rights nor does it imply conformity with a product in poor condition. Without prejudice to your contractual and legal rights, we ask you to inform us within 24 hours of any incident related to the delivery of the goods, such as missing or lost products, damaged products, open goods, etc., in order to be able to deal with any incident related to the delivery. ALIU STUDIO accepts no responsibility for the reception by another person on its behalf without due authorisation when said reception is correctly carried out at the delivery place indicated.

Home delivery will be made by our delivery company at the times stipulated for your region.

The delivery entails the transfer of risk and, consequently, the deterioration of the products, loss or theft that may occur from that moment are not the responsibility of ALIU STUDIO.

ALIU STUDIO does not accept post office boxes as valid delivery addresses. In the event that the contract includes a P.O. Box address, the contract will not be valid nor will it oblige ALIU STUDIO to comply with it, which may nevertheless notify this circumstance and back up the charges made.

The delivery times are as follows:**

  • 2-3 days for Spain.

  • 3-5 days for the rest of Europe.

**These times may vary in times of high demand.

Shipping prices are as follows:

Spain:

  • Orders under 100€ - Shipping 6,50€.

  • Orders over 100€ - Free shipping.

For the rest of Europe:

  • Orders under 150€ - Shipping 8,99€.

  • Orders over 150€ - Free shipping.


Force Majeure or Fortuitous Event

Aliustudio.com will not be responsible for the total non-fulfilment, defective fulfilment or delay in the fulfilment of any of the obligations at its charge that had its cause in any case of force majeure or fortuitous event. The obligations of term that may exist will be suspended in such cases for the entire period during which the situation of force majeure or fortuitous event is prolonged, resuming the computation once the circumstance of force majeure or fortuitous event disappears.

In accordance with the provisions of article 27.3 of Law 11/1998, of 9 July, on consumer protection, we inform you that there are complaint forms available at ALIU STUDIO's head office. 

ALIU STUDIO will resolve any complaints addressed to it as soon as possible and, in any case, within a period of one month. In the event that the claim is not satisfactorily resolved, you will be able to access the extrajudicial conflict resolution system indicated in the previous point.


Contract Integrity

These General Conditions of Purchase and any document expressly referred to in the same (such as particular clauses or specific conditions established for certain products and properly accepted by you at the time of accepting the purchase of the same), constitute the entirety of the Contract, replacing any other agreements or pacts that the parties may have agreed verbally or in writing prior to the conclusion of the Contract.


Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier, indicated by you, received the order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us at ALIU STUDIO via our e-mail address welcome@aliustudio.com. Be sure to provide us with your name, full address and order number.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to contact us within the aforementioned period of 14 days.

The consumer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

Consequences of withdrawal:

In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery mode other than the least expensive mode of ordinary delivery offered by us) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever is the earliest.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any costs as a result of the reimbursement.

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to: a) The supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized. b) The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly. c) The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery. d) The supply of sealed sound or video recordings or sealed computer software which have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.


Legislation and Jurisdiction

These general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the legal system competent for the domicile of the consumer, which shall be applied subsidiarily in all matters not provided for in these general terms and conditions.
